Pokéscan is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Price estimates
Card identifications and price ranges, including graded tiers, are automated estimates based on public data. They are not appraisals, offers, or financial advice, and they may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify with an authoritative source before buying, selling, or grading a card.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to scrape it in bulk, or to attempt to access parts of the service you are not authorised to use.
Availability
The app depends on third-party card and pricing data sources, so features may be unavailable or change without notice. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
